More info
Sow Butterfly Spinach in a nursery bed or directly in open ground, depending on the climate, at a depth of 2–3 cm in rows spaced 25–30 cm apart, in rich, well-drained soil. Maintain consistent moisture and a temperature of around 18–20 °C for rapid germination. Transplant once the first true leaves appear, spacing the plants 30–40 cm apart. This mildew-resistant variety produces tender, flavorful leaves, ready to harvest approximately 50–70 days after sowing, perfect for salads or cooking.
