Leaf & Seed Harvest (Biennial Cycle): Sow in April–May in rows spaced 30 cm apart at 1 cm depth. Thin to 15 cm. Harvest leaves after 2 months of growth; flowering occurs in the second year (May–June). Harvest seeds as soon as they turn brown, before they fall naturally.
