Pomme de Terre Allians - Plant

The BIO Allians potato is a medium-early variety with firm flesh and a thin yellow skin, renowned for its exceptional flavour. Highly appreciated in gastronomy, it keeps its shape perfectly when cooked and offers a refined texture. Tubers are elongated and produced regularly.

Growing tips:

• Pre-sprouting: from February, place seed potatoes in a bright, cool (5–10 °C) and well-ventilated area.

• Planting: in March under protection or April in open ground once frost risk has passed. Space plants 30–40 cm apart with 60–70 cm between rows, at about 10 cm depth. Earth up when plants reach 15–20 cm.

• Watering: moderate but regular, especially during dry periods at tuber formation.

• Harvest: from July, once foliage turns yellow.

• Storage: medium storage potential; best consumed within a few months after harvest.

Ideal for boiling, sautéing, salads and gourmet dishes.
