Sow Kiwano in seed trays from late April to mid-May, 1–2 cm deep at 20–24 °C. Transplant outdoors or into a warm greenhouse after the frost, spacing plants 80×80 cm apart. It requires heat, sun, and regular watering, with fruit harvest in late summer.
